The Most Worshipful Grand Lodge

Paul F. Gleason

Grand Master

Office of the Grand Master

Dear Brother:

To mark the end of my term as Grand Master, the Presiding Officers of the Scottish Rite Valley of Boston and other partner Valleys are sponsoring a One Day Class named in my honor.

I have been an active member of the Scottish Rite for many years and I feel privileged to be associated with such a fine Masonic institution. I do not take this honor lightly.

I invite you to claim your membership in this prestigious institution, which despite its name, welcomes all worthy Master Masons regardless of their ethnic origin.

The November 9, 2019 One Day Class, composed of several Masonic Degrees, will qualify you as a 32nd degree Mason. These inspiring ceremonies will take place in Gothic Hall at the Grand Lodge Building - 186 Tremont Street in Boston.

We anticipate a large number of Master Masons to join with me in celebrating this special event and I would be delighted to count you among us.

The title of Sublime Prince of the Royal Secret, 32° will be conferred upon you with all the rights, privileges and duties attached to it. Brother Eugene A. Capobianco - Commander-in-Chief of the Massachusetts Consistory - will present you with a jewel bearing my name as a memento of your achievement. You will also receive a jewel from the Supreme Council to celebrate your new membership in the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry.

Those of you who are honorably discharged Veterans will receive the Sammy Lee Davis Peace and Freedom Award. We will mail you a personalized certificate and a custom-designed lapel pin to acknowledge your service to our country.

To confirm your participation, simply complete the application and submit it before November 1, 2019. For the best way to apply, visit

      Cordially and fraternally,

      Paul F. Gleason
